Customer Experience

  • Be professional
  • Approach all customers, greet, smile and offer assistance
  • Identify customer needs in order to provide optimal experience
  • Takes responsibility for serving the customer and finding solutions to customers’ queries
  • Apply Selling Skills
  • Meet customers needs and expectations by asking, listening to and advising customers as to options/services/products available
  • Offers alternatives to the customer if merchandise is not available
  • Achievement of sales and unit targets
  • Knows what new lines and promotions have come into the store
  • Specialise in all departments through focussed supplier training and prescribed booklist completion
  • Store Disciplines & Productivity
  • Opening & closing procedures are followed
  • To ensure all merchandising principles are in place at all times and that every item is ticketed
  • Minimise Shinkage
  • Ensure accurate stock counts & checking of product expiry dates
  • Cash handling - assist at point of sale and with cash ups

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

  • Grade 12
  • Relevant diploma / short course qualification (Health and wellness modality / Effective selling (retail) / Product specific knowledge) and/or Minimum 3 years retail sales experience (2 years industry specific)
  • Relevant Degree in Homeopathy, Naturopathy, Phytotherapy, Chinese Medicine or any qualification in the natural space.
    Very good written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability and willingness to work weekends and extended retail hours
  • Competency Assessment Achieved
